Josh Cullen’s Lost & Found Records a Journey Through Pain and Resilience

SB19’s frontman, Josh Cullen, has just unveiled his highly anticipated debut solo album, Lost & Found, a raw and introspective exploration of personal struggles and triumphs. Released under Sony Music Entertainment, the nine-track album delves into themes of pain, redemption, and the enduring strength of the human spirit.

“This album is a reflection of my inner truth,” Josh explains. “This album explores themes of pain and suffering, redemption, and the strength of human resilience, inspired by my inner truth. In Lost & Found, I wrote about the pain that never truly goes away, the trauma that lingers long after we think our wounds have healed, and discovering strength within ourselves.”

Lost & Found offers a glimpse into Josh Cullen’s personal journey as he navigates the complexities of life and the challenges he has faced. Through his honest and vulnerable lyrics, he shares his experiences with loss, heartbreak, and finding hope amidst adversity.

The album’s musical style is a departure from Josh’s previous work with SB19, blending elements of emo, pop-punk, alt-rock, hip-hop, and R&B. This genre-defying approach showcases his versatility as an artist and adds depth to his storytelling.

Standout tracks on the album include 1999, a hard-hitting guitar-rock anthem that addresses the harsh realities of life; See Me, a suave electro-pop song about finding love and happiness; Lights Out, a sensual and moody collaboration with Mo from P-Pop group Alamat; the empowering anthem No Control; and the acoustic ballad Honest.

Lost & Found is more than just an album. It’s a testament to Josh Cullen’s resilience and his ability to turn pain into art. Through his music, he hopes to connect with listeners who have experienced similar struggles and offer them a sense of hope and understanding.

Josh Cullenโ€™s new album, Lost & Found is out now on all digital music platforms worldwide via Sony Music Entertainment.
