Jodi Sta Maria was nominated in one of the categories for the 44th International Emmy Awards! Jodi, who is nominated along with the legendary Dame Judi Dench for Best Performance by an Actress, was picked as a nominee for her portrayal as Amor Powers in Pangako Sa’Yo.
Jodi posted the news on her Instagram account:
Another local soap, “Bridges of Love” which starred Jericho Rosales, Maja Salvador, and Paulo Avelino, also received an Emmy nod for Best Telenovela.
The Emmy awards night will be held on November 21 in New York City.
