GOT7’s Jay B Captivates Fans at “Tape: Re Load” Manila Concert

What a time to be an AHGASE! GOT7’s Jay B has proved that he is an unformidable force at his “Tape: Re Load” Manila concert last March 2, 2025.

The concert, which was held at the SMX Convention Center, showcased the GOT7 leader’s powerful live performances and amazing discography.

He also delivered amazing vocals when he sang songs such as “Present,” “Fountain of Youth,” “go UP,” “Livin,” and more. However, the crowd went wild when he turned up the heat with a captivating and sultry performance of his R&B hits, staying true to his promise of showing his “sexy” side to his fans.

Of course, Filipino AHGASEs were thrilled to hear songs from his first full album “Archive 1: [Road Runner].” Among the tracks he performed live were “Crash,” “Chosen,” and “Make Me Right,” among others.

Apart from performing a mix of ballads, R&B tracks, and high-energy dance performances, the 31-year-old Korean singer also had a blast interacting with the crowd.

“We’re not GOT7, we’re HOT7,” he joked, earning a mix of loud cheers and fan chants from the audience.

He was also genuinely amused when fans enthusiastically began doing the dog bark-like chant, filling the packed venue with excitement and energy.

“This sound is only for me. You guys shouldn’t do this in any other places, okay?” he said. However, he added that the fans can also do a similar chant to other GOT7 members.

At the same time, the Korean idol opened up about his fears as a performer but emphasized the importance of overcoming those internal struggles. He also shared the mindset he strives to maintain while performing on stage.

Finally, one of the show’s main highlights was when he transformed the SMX Convention Center into a full-blown rave party. Dancing energetically on stage in a denim jacket with no undershirt, he was drenchedโ€”and playfully doused with water by his fellow dancersโ€”making AHGASEs dance and sing their hearts out.

After performing more than 20 songs that showcased his incredible versatility and undeniable stage presence, he wrapped up the concert with a heart filled with gratitude.

“When I see you guys enjoying the show and having a happy moment while watching me perform on the stage, I feel like it’s the most fruitful thing for me. It’s the conclusion that I have,” he said. “I really had so much fun tonight.”

He added: “I will come back very soon!”

Following his successful concert in Manila, the K-pop idol shared candid snaps from his stay in the country.
