In a post on social media today, October 19, actor Aljur Abrenica spoke out about his split from actress Kylie Padilla. The two confirmed their separation last July after Kylie’s dad, Robin Padilla, first spoke publicly about it, even suggesting that there was a third party involved on Aljur’s side.
However, in Aljur’s statement, he urged Kylie to tell the truth. He wrote: “Tell them who cheated first. Tell them who wrecked our family. Tell them why I gave up on you, not on our family. The people [deserve] to know.” You can read Aljur’s whole statement here.

Now, hours after Aljur’s scathing statement, Kylie has been sharing songs on her Instagram stories, followed by what people assume is her reaction to Aljur’s message. Kylie shared the songs “Easy On Me” by Adele, “Wrecking Ball” by Miley Cyrus, “Happier Than Ever” by Billie Eilish, and “Smile” by Lily Allen. And then she shared a quote that read: “Never underestimate a man’s ability to make you feel guilty for his mistakes.”
Aljur did share that he and Kylie agreed not to make public statements, and while he admitted to breaking this pact in order to defend himself from “false accusations,” only time can tell if Kylie would do the same and address Aljur’s accusations against her.
