It’s official — you’ve been eating Manam’s iconic House Crispy Sisig and Sinigang na Beef Short Rib & Watermelon for ten years. Since The Moment Group first opened Manam’s doors in a small corner of Greenbelt in 2013, it has become a super paborito of locals craving a twist on Filipino dishes and foreign visitors who want the full Filipino experience.

Best known for its crunchy sisig, which was named number one in Manila early on, Manam’s shops, most of which are located in Metro Manila with a few outside of the metro and more underway, now make up almost half of Moment’s portfolio. This September, the Manam family welcomes its biggest milestone yet as Manam celebrates its first decade of becoming a Filipino dining favorite.

“I saw a Manam diner’s social media post which said, ‘ang Manam ang paboritong pambansang kainang Pinoy’ and it is probably one of the greatest comments we’ve ever received,” says Moment Founder for Creative Development Abba Napa. “It sums up our dream for Manam, as we aim to bring it to more diners not only in the Philippines but also beyond its shores. This tenth birthday is an important one for us as we celebrate Manam and its alagang Manam philosophy.”
