Disney once again proves how they can turn dreams into reality as Ryan Reynolds confirms Hugh Jackman’s participation in the upcoming “Deadpool” movie!

Jackman will be reprising his iconic role as mutant superhero Wolverine alongside Reynolds’ titular role in “Deadpool 3”. This came in an announcement video posted by the now Marvel star on Twitter. In the caption, Reynolds said it was “hard keeping my mouth sewn shut about this one.”

In the video, he started by apologizing to fans about missing D23. He says they were working very hard on the upcoming film as its first appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe needs to feel special while staying true to its character. After a long while of soul searching, the actor reveals he still has nothing but this one idea…
Apparently, Reynolds was with Jackman who appeared to have just passed by accidentally while he was filming. He asked Jackman, “Hey, Hugh! Do you want to play Wolverine one more time?” To this, “The Wolverine” star responded: “Yeah. Sure, Ryan!” Watch the full clip below!

The clip also confirmed “Deadpool 3″‘s release date — September 6, 2024.
We recall that the previous franchise installments, “Deadpool” and “Deadpool 2” were released on February 10, 2016, and May 18, 2018, respectively.
