This June, kids can catch a sneak peek of Disney Junior’s new show ‘The Chicken Squad’, and enjoy brand new episodes of their favorite series ‘Mira, Royal Detective S2’, ‘Fancy Nancy Clancy’, ‘Mickey Mouse Mixed-Up Adventures’ and ‘Vampirina’, from June 1 to June 30, 10AM to 12NN. That’s not all, though. Little fans of Disney Junior also stand the chance of being featured on TV!
To participate, simply upload an original video (under 30 seconds in length) of your kid/s completing the sentence, “When I grow up, I want to be _________.” to www.disney.asia/whenigrowup. Whether they want to be a detective like Mira or a dog walker like Nancy — now’s their chance to dream big and share it with the world!
Entries will be accepted until June 7, 2021 and selected winners will be featured on the Disney Junior channel (Cignal CH70 / Skycable CH38) every Friday from June 4 at 10AM.
Here are some of our top picks for June:
Mira, Royal Detective
Set in a magical Indian-inspired land of Jalpur, a brave and resourceful girl named Mira has been appointed as a royal detective. With the help of her friends and loyal sidekicks, Mira travels throughout the kingdom to help people solve mysteries, showcasing her use of critical thinking and deductive reasoning along the way.
Fancy Nancy Clancy
Nancy loves fancy things: extravagant outfits, tiaras, fashion shows, tea parties, and all things French. She believes that more is always better, and she is determined to teach her family and friends a thing or two about being fancy.
Mickey Mouse Mixed-Up Adventures
The new season takes Mickey and the gang, including friends Chip & Dale, on many adventures around Hot Dog Hills, from Mickey’s new gadget-filled house to Mixed-Up Motor Lab and Minnie, Daisy, and Cuckoo Loca’s Happy Helpers office. Each episode imparts lessons about friendship, teamwork, and community.
Vampirina
Vampirina, or Vee, becomes the new kid on the block after she and her family move from Transylvania to a neighborhood in Pennsylvania to open a local bed and breakfast for visiting vampires, ghouls, and goblins. Vee must learn how to make friends with her human classmates, all while keeping her monster life a secret.
The Chicken Squad *sneak peek*
They might be chicks, but they sure aren’t chicken — and they’re on a mission! No job is too big or small for the shortest, yellowest, fuzziest detectives around. Follow Dirt, Sugar, Poppy, and Sweetie as they piece together the mysteries of their backyard friends while stirring up some trouble.
Which of these shows do your kids watch? 🙂
