The 2024 Honor of Kings Championship is quickly approaching, with the highly anticipated event set to kick off on October 12 in Jakarta, Indonesia, at the MGP Space. The top 16 Honor of Kings teams from around the world will clash at this event, competing for a share of the $1 million prize pool, including $300,000 for the winners.
Teams at the 2024 Honor of Kings Championship
The championship will begin with a group stage featuring best-of-three battles, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the knockout stage starting October 18. The format will then shift to a best-of-five double-elimination bracket, culminating in a best-of-seven grand finals on October 27.

The 16 teams competing in the 2024 Honor of Kings Championship in Jakarta will be divided into four groups, which are:

Honor of Kings Esports collaborates with renowned electronic music producer Grabbitz and Grammy-winning mixing engineer Tom Norris to create “The Contender,” the themed song for the 2024 Honor of Kings Championship. The song embodies the indomitable spirit of Honor of Kings Esports, reflecting the relentless pursuit of excellence.
In-Game Event for an Engaging Experience
During the championship, players can enjoy the tournament with friends by tuning into the livestream on Honor of Kings’ in-game TV and can also complete tasks for a chance to win all heroes and skins available as of October 1.
Starting October 12, players in Central Asia, Eastern Europe, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Asia-Pacific can participate in a quiz game throughout the group stages to the finals. Additionally, the championship will feature the first-ever virtual observer, Yuhuan – Stellar Songstress, who will accompany players throughout the event. Yuhuan, along with Princess Frost – Celestial Concert and Mulan – Starsinger, will perform virtually to celebrate the teams.
The championship will also introduce the new Zhou Yu – Eclipse Blaze skin, featuring phoenix-inspired designs, new armor, and flame effects. Players can subscribe to in-game events and watch matches for a chance to obtain the Eclipse Blaze skin.
