Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and the Enchanted Garden Restaurant

When In Manila… I mean…. when In Hong Kong Disneyland… you need to stay at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel to experience the full magic of Disney!

I really have nothing but good things to say about the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. Everything from the friendly staff, to the well organized transport system and most of all, the extra Disney perks, truly made this trip a very unique experience.

The Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel is very easy to access from the Airport and from any location in Hong Kong. If coming from the airport, the easiest way to get here is simply hailing a cab and would cost you about $125 Hong Kong Dollars. If coming from anywhere else in Hong Kong, you’ll be delighted to know that Hong Kong Disneyland is just one MTR train connection away thanks to Mickeys Train. It’s an exclusive ride to and from the magical kingdom, back and forth to the modern city of Hong Kong.

The Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel itself was impeccable! Indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzis, hot and dry saunas, a full gym, a spa, lots of photo opportunity settings, a garden maze, yummy restaurants and of course, lots of perks like hotel visits from the Disney Princesses and from the Disney stars like Mickey Mouse, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto and more!

You’ll get regular visits from Disney Princesses in the mornings. The Princesses’ schedules are a bit hectic so you won’t usually know who’s coming until the day of. Just ask the concierge that morning which Disney Princess will be stopping by and what time. Be sure to get in line early to take a picture with them as they are very busy and can only stay for a short time. I was fortunate enough to meet Alice from Disney’s Alice in Wonderland, Princess Aurora from Disney’s Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella from Disney’s Cinderella movie.

Speaking of Princesses, you can dress up your own little princess at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, just head on to the princess dressing rooms and get the gowns, crowns and everything in between that a true Disney princess would need.

Other than meeting the Disney Princesses, you’ll also get a chance to meet more Disney Characters at the breakfast meet n greet at the Enchanted Garden restaurant!

The longest lines at the Disneyland park were not the lines to get on Space Mountain, the Jungle River Cruise or Buzz Lightyear’s Space Adventure; instead, lines were always longest for the simple chance of getting a photo with your favorite Disney stars. So instead of getting in crazy long lines to meet the Disney characters, how about just waiting for them to come to you!

At the breakfast meet n’ greet at the Enchanted Garden restaurant, your favorite Disney characters come to your table, one at a time, to make sure you and your loved ones get a chance to snap a photo… or ten… with them.
