I can’t even remember the last time I tried to take the perfect portrait with my phone. With photo studios here and there, I was always considering just going there and letting the professionals handle it. But I was always so afraid of standing in front of strangers and just posing. Luckily, there are smartphones that can take photos that are just as good. And I can just take my portrait right in the comforts of my own home.
We recently got our hands on the new vivo V27 5G which has premium features that can take the ultimate photos and are dubbed the Aura Portrait Master.

The photos below are some samples from the vivo V27’s camera. We tried looking for a dark space to make sure that we will fully utilize the features of the camera. The Left-most photo is just a regular photo mode, the middle photo is in portrait mode while the rightmost photo is using the HD mode with aura light. There is a significant difference between each photo.
The regular photo mode captured a good photo but you will see that the photo is grainy when zoomed in. The portrait mode, though has great capability of making the subject pop out of its background has so much noise. The HD mode with aura light captured the best photo and made sure that each detail is in focus- including the small strands of hair.
Aside from the Aura light feature, the vivo V27 also has the Sony IMX766V Sensor with OIS that helps in creating gorgeous night portraits. It helps in capturing more light for brighter and purer photos. The combination of these features makes the perfect aura night portrait.
The vivo V27 also has OIS+EIS Dual-ultra stabilization so you can take great photos even when on the go. We tried taking photos of moving subjects and even moving along with the subject and the photos turned out great. The left photo featured a cat licking her back but we were able to get a non-blurry photo. On the right is a photo we took while walking around with an active 2-year-old where both the subject and photographer are moving.
Since we are in the line of content creation, the 50MP Eye Autofocus Vlogging/Front Camera is heaven-sent. The front has a 50MP Eye AF selfie camera that creates clear images. If you want ultra-clear images, you just have to switch to HD resolution to get that ultra-clear self-portrait.
There is also a Vlog Movie mode that helps us in creating quick content with templates that are readily available for both the main, rear, and wide-angle cameras. It also has full optimization so you don’t have to edit the video’s colors, stability and etc.
