WHEN IN MANILA, after a week-long of stressors, sometimes it’s okay to loosen your hold on your brown wallet and indulge in some luxurious me-time, relax, and just de-stress. And what better way to relax and de-stress than to go to one of the most luxurious spas in Manila—Sofitel’s Le Spa.
Last Easter, my aunt and I headed over to Sofitel’s Le Spa to escape the busyness of the world, relax, and have some girl time.
Sofitel’s Le Spa is one of the prettiest spas I’ve ever been to. Their lobby is so enthralling, classy, and most definitely fabulous.
While waiting for our treatments to start, we sipped on this heavenly Mango Berry Tea. Now, I am not a tea drinker. The only teas I enjoy are that of milk teas. But I must say, Sofitel’s Le Spa’s Mango Berry Tea is amazing. It’s the perfect start to anyone’s Le Spa experience.
While waiting at the lounge area, my aunt and I were also asked to choose a playlist to be played during our spa treatment. Among their extensive list of musical genres, my aunt and I decided to go for lounge.
After filling out our personal cards and sipping on our Mango Berry Tea, my aunt and I were ushered to our personal room, Harmonie. I fell in love with this room as soon as I laid eyes on it and I’m sure my aunt did too. The dim lights and the rich curtains promise a complete relaxation my aunt and I are hoping for.
For our massage, my aunt and I decided to go for the traditional Filipino Pride which is a combination of Swedish, Shiatsu, Thai and reflexology that promises to relax the muscles. And relax my muscles it did!
