Conveniently located at the heart of Bonifacio Global City at the Bonifacio Stopover, Genki Sushi is Manila’s first ‘kaiten sushi’ restaurant. Unlike other sushi restaurants around the metro, Genki Sushi works on an automated system where customers place their orders via iPad; then delivered via a magnetic sushi train.
*Kaiten sushi – literally translated as revolving.
Genki Sushi aims to provide quality Japanese food at reasonable prices, and at the same time trying to combine that traditional sushi service with modern technology.
The menu is quite extensive, divided by category and subcategory. Ingredients are flown in from Japan assuring only the best quality.
Their dishes not only range from different kinds of sushi and sashimi, but they also provide a good number of rice and noodle dishes as well as different Japanese desserts and drinks.
