Kapuso actress Gabbi Garcia has officially been named the first host of the much-awaited, considerably legendary upcoming season of the long-running reality television show “Pinoy Big Brother,” in which the housemates will consist of celebrities from rival networks ABS-CBN and GMA!
Titled “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Edition Collab,” this new edition, which is in celebration of the show’s 20th anniversary, will bring together young talents under Sparkle GMA Artist Center and Star Magic as it will be aired on GMA Network for the first time.

“And the wait is over! Say ‘Hello, Philippines! Hello, World’ to our newest PBB Host — ang Kapuso It Girl ni Kuya, [Gabbi]! Welcome to Kuya’s family,” the official “Pinoy Big Brother” Instagram account shared in its announcement post.
Meanwhile, Gabbi made her own post, sharing pictures of herself donning a gorgeous red evening dress as she expressed excitement over this career milestone.

Being the host for this new edition of “Pinoy Big Brother” is actually a full-circle moment for Gabbi, who had auditioned to be a housemate almost 13 years ago.
“Fun fact: Back in 2012, I auditioned for PBB Teen Edition Season 4!” she revealed. “Fast forward to 2025—looks like I was meant to host it instead! Or who knows? Maybe there’s still more in store.”
“This is a huge milestone, and I can’t wait to share this experience with all of you! Game na ba kayo?!” she added.
