AVA Brasserie, with its aviation-inspired design and team of talented chefs, is pleased to announce an exclusive Chefโ€™s Table with esteemed Singaporean chef, Enoch Teo, on 30 August 2024 from 6:00 PM โ€“ 10:00 PM at InterContinental Bangkok Sukhumvit.

Discover a delightful menu inspired by Singaporean Chinese cuisine and indulge in a 7-course tasting menu featuring thoughtfully curated dishes which include premium ingredients and an array of tastes and textures created by Chef Enoch.

The set menu presents an explosion of flavors and includes dishes such as Madai Sashimi with Zhejiang Vinaigrette, Szechuan Pepper Oil and Cucumber Salad, Chinese Bread accompanied by Homemade Mantou and Chili Crab Butter, Double- Boiled Chicken Consommรฉ with shrimp dumpling and goji berries, Coral Trout with Chinese Spinach and Rose Wine Beurre Blanc, Truffle Wagyu Hor Fun served with Rice Noodles and Shiitake Mushroom, Abalone Claypot Rice featuring Chinese Sausage, Yunnan Ham and Shiitake Mushroom, and to finish, Elements of Tea with Osmanthus Jelly, Honey Oolong Ice Cream and Hot Tea.ย 

Chef Enoch Teo started his professional culinary career at the tender age of 15 in Singapore. His career has led him to work in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Restaurant Andre and Les Amis.

In 2019, Chef Enoch exploded onto the Bangkok food scene and quickly made a name for himself finishing as a semi-finalist in The Next Iron Chef Thailand Season 2, and as a finalist in Top Chef Thailand 2023.ย
