Estée Lauder launched Pure Color Lipstick on July 20 at White Space Manila, in a star-studded bash that saw celebrities, beauty queens, makeup artists, fashion creatives, models, and influencers gathering in stylish red and black ensembles to celebrate the scene-stealing new lipsticks from the legacy cosmetics house.

Hosted by Nicole Andersson, the launch party was graced by shining stars in the showbiz, pageant, and online worlds, among them Rhian Ramos, Chie Filomeno, Derrick Monasterio, Dimples Romana, Elle Villanueva, Kaila Estrada, Kylie Padilla, Louise De Los Reyes, Rere Madrid, Issa Pressman, Celeste Cortesi, Katarina Rodriguez, Nicole Cordoves, Ariella Arida, Dani Barretto, EJ Nacion, Patricia Henson, Jessica Yang, and Kylie Celebre. Some of the hottest names in makeup and fashion also showed up to the shindig, including Anthea Bueno, Jelly Eugenio, Gery Penaso, Justine Louise Soriano, Chris Nick, Lyn Alumno, Kat Cruz, and Myrrh Lao To.
Guests took turns at the makeup consultation area, trying out the bold new shades for themselves and picking out their favorites. Other cool booths included a photobooth that produced special holographic cards featuring the guests’ photos. All attendees received Estée Lauder products in pouches that they could get personalized with their names.
Free-flowing drinks from The Botanist and Rémy Martin kept spirits high and vibes fabulous through the night.
Color me pure with color analysis
True to the pure color theme, Estée Lauder made color analysis a vital part of the launch party to enlighten guests on how color and skin tones go together. Joining the festivities were the Philippines’ only two certified color analysts, Ingrid Nieto-Pagulayan and Ginny Villegas of Flair Image Consultancy.

Guests got to sit down at the color analysis station with Ingrid and Ginny, walking away with a clearer understanding of which hues suit their skin best. To further demonstrate these concepts to the audience, Ingrid did a color analysis onstage on Estée brand partner Rhian Ramos. Celebrity makeup maven RB Chanco then did a makeup demo on Rhian, taking off from the results of the color analysis in creating her look.
