Lakehall is an event space that combines breath taking lakeside, golf course, and garden views with modern, contemporary, and world-class amenities and luxuries. Located within the grounds of Sta. Elena Golf and Country Estate in Sta. Rosa Laguna, it features multiple and beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, that work for all kinds of experiences and events.
Lakehall is a space like no other. It challenges the traditional understanding of what comprises an event space. But we are also a curator of experiences, and we help you realize your vision for your dream event.”
Lakehall features thoughtfully designed banquet rooms, an outdoor courtyard, charming gardens, a terrace that overlooks the lake, and elegant, bridal suites. The space comes with all the modern amenities that include a fully-equipped kitchen, two prep kitchens, modern comfort rooms for each of the banquet rooms, sound system, ample parking spaces, driver’s lounge, among others.
Donnie Tantoco, Chairman, added, “Nena’s sanctuary at its heart and soul, is a tribute to my parents and a wellspring of what will hopefully be opportunities for our children where they can grow, express their creativity and pursue their dreams. It’s a family affair chimes Camille Tantoco-Ng, “We are like the Von Trapp Family from The Sound of Music but instead of all being singers, we are all businessmen and businesswomen. We all bring something different to the table and have complementing talents. My brother, Christian, is the creative visionary. He makes sure that the visual aesthetics of our brand are of the highest standards. He also protects and builds the image of the brand. My twin sister Nicole is the writer and storyteller. She is in charge of the narrative of Lakehall, and she crafts the communication materials of the company. My brother-in-law Miko Delos Reyes was the owner’s representative during the design process and construction. I am the more practical, numbers oriented member of the team. I make sure we meet deadlines, stay within the budget, file important documents, and follow processes that will make our jobs easier in the long run.”
The Master Plan and Heritage
Lakehall is the first phase in what is envisioned to be an omni-channel, lifestyle retail and leisure destination called Nena’s Sanctuary. In the subsequent phases of development, Nena’s Sanctuary will feature a restaurant (Rico’s Café soon to open), a Flower Shop, Garden Shop, Gift Shop, Home Store, and Specialty Food Store in one stunning and enchanting space. At its core, it aims to be the first well-integrated Retail and Garden Center in the country.
A Home for Celebrations
Anyone who enters Lakehall will quickly feel the enchanting vibe unique to the location’s blissful aesthetic.
The Banquet Hall features wood-clad ceilings, concrete botanical walls, and modern drop lights. Glass-sliding doors reveal gorgeous views of the lake and gardens. The entire space can hold up to 360 guests and can also be divided into three rooms for smaller events, each fitting up to 120 guests, with its own service kitchen and restrooms.
The Peony Room is the first space that guests walk into upon entering the Banquet Hall, with access points to the Courtyard and the Garden. Second, the Dahlia Room is on the central area of the Banquet Hall and is positioned adjacent to the Garden. Third, the Iris Room faces out onto the Terrace and The Deck with views overlooking the lake.
The Courtyard is a charming space where guests can mingle over cocktails and hors d’oeuvres before the main event. It is also ideal for other outdoor activities like picnics, glamping, or star gazing.
Meanwhile, the Garden is ideal as an outdoor lounge area with a comfortable seating capacity of 450 to 500 guests. On the other hand, the Terrace is a chic outdoor lanai where everyone can enjoy drinks while enjoying the lake and garden views. Considered as the most beautiful spot in Lakehall, it can fit 40 seated guests.
Finally, the Deck is an oval-shaped, outdoor theater with tiered seating. With a capacity of over 300, it is ideal for wedding ceremonies, stage musical performances, talks, and conventions.
Lakehall’s two Bridal Suites—Gardenia and Orchid—are each equipped with their own bedroom, lounge, and private bathroom. It can also be booked for overnight stays, which come with a free breakfast. The Gardenia Suite is located in the Peony Room, while the Orchid Suite is housed in the Iris Room. It also provides convenience as a touch up or dress change area during the program.
On top of these, Lakehall is complete with other modern amenities including a sound system, ample parking spaces, driver’s lounge, among others.
Lakehall Launch
Lakehall is opening its doors to the public through a one-month open house from May 27 to July 2, 2023 (closed on Mondays). It will feature a host of pocket events, from restaurant takeovers by guest chefs, a tablescapes exhibition by the industry’s leading tastemakers and event stylists, retail pop-ups, and other exciting activities.
The restaurant takeovers will feature, among others, guest chef Margarita Fores. Retail pop-ups include Dough & Grocer, Type A Coffee, Recess, Hindy Weber, Fifty Shades of Dough, and a host of other exciting retail concepts. The events gallery will feature design interpretations for your dream event by Anton Barreto, Zenas Pineda, Moss Manila, and more. Finally, enjoy a refreshing cocktail at the outdoor lounge bar with Ralph’s Wines & Spirits.
