Eastwood Richmonde Hotel: The Best Hotel in Quezon City to Spend the Holidays

When we woke up the following day, we knew exciting things were going to unfold. Simply looking at this spectacular city view felt rejuvenating!

We decided to spend a couple of hours in the mall. It was so cool to discover that the hotel has a direct entrance connecting to Eastwood Mall! Sooo convenient!

When I needed to quickly do some work related stuff, we dropped by the hotel’s business center to use a pc. They have a few yet very decent ready to use computers for their guests. I think they should just improve on the internet connection speed a bit.

Around 4pm, we went up the deck to relax and take a dip. There were not a lot of people when we came, so we were able to enjoy a relaxing and quiet time. The pool experience was great! I think putting up a refreshments bar beside the pool would make the area more lively. It’s also great to view the sunset from there! I bet having some cocktails at sundown would also be nice!

Eastwood Richmonde Hotel‘s The Gallery made me love the hotel even more!

We decided to hang out at The Gallery for some happy hour cocktails. We got curious about their bar chow buffet, so we knew we had to give it a try.

I also loved their cocktails a lot!

I think their unlimited bar chow Happy Hour promo made all the difference. It was very affordable and worth every peso. If ever I’d be in Eastwood area in the evening, I’d definitely invite my friends over at The Gallery for drinks. I highly recommend this place for gatherings.

Seeing the fireworks display in the evening made our stay extra special. Witnessing this from our hotel room window was so lovely, it made me fall in -love with the hotel more. =)

It was during our stay here at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel when I realized how practical it is to spend holidays in a hotel. Holidays can be really stressful for moms. Imagine preparing, cooking lots of food and loads of dirty dishes to be cleaned with every house party? Sounds like a nightmare to me! lols

To escape from all the holiday hassles, I believe it’s best to let the whole bunch stay in a hotel for a few days to be able to relax, bond and feast without the stress of cleaning a lot of mess afterwards. Your wife will surely appreciate you a lot when you do this for her! If you happen to live in Quezon City, of course we highly recommend staying here at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel =)

Right before checking out, Executive Chef, Mr Pat Obia invited us to have lunch… We felt truly honored when he said he will prepare some of his specials for us!

I’m sure that Frank will agree if I say that Chef Pat is one of the most “kalog” chefs out there. It was such a pleasure to meet him. He’s very down to earth and very approachable. He surely deserves much respect and recognition with his experiences as a chef.

Seafood Appetizer: It was composed of samples of oriental salad topped with salmon, tuna Ceviche and shrimp with mango salsa. Each sample tasted very unique and felt like experiencing various cultures in one plate. Very much says about Chef Pat’s vast experience and travels over the years!

Our main course was also like a world tour in a plate with Chef Pat’s very own surf and turf version where Asian meets Italian meets West. By the looks of it, it was obviously meticulously prepared. It tasted absolutely amazing! Every element you see complimented one another nicely!
