The latest celebrity news that is currently intriguing Filipinos nationwide is dating rumors between 23-year-old actress Maris Racal and 48-year-old OPM icon Rico Blanco after Maris posted a sweet video of them singing together to greet the musician a happy birthday.
“Hi Rico. Happy birthday,” Maris wrote at the time on her Instagram post.
Rico responded with “Hahaha love youu!!!” though it is uncertain if it was a friendly “love you” or a romantic declaration.
While everyone is left wondering what the real score is between the two, it seems that actress Ruffa Gutierrez couldn’t resist leaving the following message in the comments of Maris’ post: “Ayyyyyyy ? the cat is out of the bag ?❤️” This earned tons of reactions from fans, some of them convinced that Ruffa just confirmed that the two truly are an item.
However, Ruffa refrained from admitting anything. “Oh I don’t know. Lol,” she said in reply to a fan clarifying if she meant that Maris’ post was a jowa reveal. “Baka the cat is a new cover [of a song]. Let’s ask [Maris],” she added, tagging her young costar.
