With an open bar as soon as you enter, an accessible meat refrigerator so you can easily choose your preferred steak cut, and an upper and lower deck; Concepto reminds one of a neighbourhood steakhouse in the suburbs where friends meet after work to just relax and let loose.

Best known for its choice cuts and for giving you the freedom to choose which cut you’d like, Concepto is the embodiment of “steak any way you want”. For less than one thousand pesos, you can choose from a variety of pork and beef cuts, your steak’s doneness, sides, and sauces to match!

My personal favorite is their bone marrow steak. Creamy and sinfully indulgent, it showcases Concepto’s creativity and ingenuity by turning something as simple as bone marrow into an irresistible delight.

For those who are not that big on steak or meat, in general; Concepto’s menu has something for everyone. Just check out their steak caldereta, fish with honey and sundried tomato sauce, healthy salad, and the perfect dessert to top it all off. Concepto changes its menu every three months, and the dishes you find here are just a sneak peak of their new menu items for the first quarter of this year.

Concepto has come a long way since it officially opened in September last year. Now on its second menu run and with two annexes – Seneca, its open bar, and Retail, their affiliate hip and trendy clothing line – Concepto has made its mark on the Poblacion-loving community and has earned its spot as the go-to weeknight wind down.
