A week before the show, they tried their luck to ask Coldplay through X if they could open the upcoming Manila concert. To their surprise, Coldplay replied to them and said yes! “Nothing would make us happier PH,” the band wrote.

Motty and Danna successfully opened day one of Coldplay’s Manila concert, where they introduced the band and their advocacy in front of 55,000 people at the Philippine Arena.

From missing the “A Head Full of Dreams Tour” in Manila in 2017 to standing on the same stage as the band, it was definitely a dream come true for them as Coldplay fans!
What’s more special about this is that Coldplay really played a significant role in their love story. The couple crossed paths at an international Coldplay online community in 2020 before they started dating in 2021.
Coldplay held a two-day sold-out concert in the Philippine Arena on January 19 and 20 for their “Music of the Spheres” world tour.
