The Tarta De Santa Teresa or the Classic Yema Cake was our favorite. It’s a light vanilla chiffon cake with traditional Spanish
yema fudge frosting and torched sugar topping. The chiffon cake itself was so soft and fluffy and was perfect with the yema frosting which tasted like a version of leche flan. It’s the perfect balance of creamy and sweet, and we couldn’t get enough of it!

The Old Fashioned Chocolate Cake is sure to be a hit for all chocolate lovers. It’s essentially what a chocolate cake from your dreams would be. It’s moist, fluffy, and is completely covered with delicious slow-cooked cocoa fudge frosting. Just imagine all that chocolate goodness filling your mouth and tickling your tastebuds!
