Chris Pratt’s “How to Get Fat” Tips
Before he was Peter Quill a.k.a Star-Lord from Guardians of the Galaxy, Chris Pratt was known as Andy Dwyer, a chubby but charming shoe-shiner, on the American comedy TV series “Parks and Recreation”. So, before he was this ripped Guardian, which he posted on his Instagram account, he used to be doughy and mushy to play a role.

“Step 1: ‘if you see something, eat something.’ This is key – I cannot stress enough how important it is to eat many things.”
“Step 2: Move as little as possible. I drive this to the bathroom.”
“Step 3: Grabbing sticks help eliminate the need for standing and grabbing.”
“I know what you’re thinking – how do you grab the grabbing stick? You hire an assistant, who himself has a grabbing stick.”
“Fattening Tip: You can pour melted ice cream on regular ice cream. It’s like a sauce!”
“You can also pour ice cream on any other food.”
“Also, nap whenever you can. I like to do “Garfield Mondays” Lasagna and napping in a box.”
“I’ve gained 15 pounds in two days! Soon I’ll be in perfect Andy shape! Right, doctor?”
“You have an entire unchewed ham in your colon. We have to operate immediately.”
I bet his tips are super effective.
