Terrazas De Los Andes Fire Dining with Chef JP Anglo and Chef Chavi Romawac brings to life the art of open-fire cooking. The chefs showcased a variety of meat that is marinated and slow-cooked perfectly to match the fresh and intensely fruity flavors of Terrazas Reserva Malbec. This is the second year of the partnership of the LVMH Argentinan wine brand with Chef JP Anglo to bring forward Reserva Malbec pairing with meat dishes familiar to the Filipino palette.
Terrazas De Los Andes is a high-altitude wine that comes from the Andes mountains of Argentina. Because of its roots, the brand promises to make people discover the fresh taste of mountain magic while being guardians of mountain life. The partnership with chef JP Anglo fits well as he himself is an avid enjoyer of nature and mountain life, an advocate for camping, and a master of creating culinary feasts perfect for the outdoors.
In attendance at the event were celebrities who are also known to love a good outdoor adventure – the likes of Marc Nelson, Gino Rufino, and Rovilson Fernandez – All toasting a beautiful feast of food, wine, surrounding pine trees, and cool breeze.
