Chavit Singson has donated P1 million to Carlos Yulo’s family as a reward.

He gave the Yulo family P1 million in cash as a “pre-Yuletide present” during his visit to their home. Carlos’ father, Mark Andrew Yulo, expressed gratitude to Singson for the financial support provided to his children, Ysa and Drew, who are also aspiring gymnasts.
The business magnate and former Ilocos Sur Governor previously offered a P5 million reward to the two-time gold medalist and his family, which shall be accepted as a “united front.”
This came after Carlos and her mother, Angelica Yulo’s, conflict became highly publicized. Known for his deep respect for family values, Singson emphasized that the reward honors not just Carlos’ gold medals but also the strength and unity of the entire Yulo family.
