Led by Carlo Sumaoang, co-founder of Aruga Collective and founder of The Lobotanist, this sound bath uses high-vibrational frequencies to calm the mind, open the heart, and create space for meaningful introspection. Carlo’s grounding presence transforms the meditation into a moment of stillness and renewal.
