BINI Leads Donation Drive Amid Typhoon Kristine—Here’s How You Can Help

BINI is once again putting their platform and influence to good use by extending a helping hand to fellow kababayans affected by the onslaught of severe tropical storm Kristine.

Jhoanna, BINI’s leader, shared in an interview after their performance on “It’s Showtime” that they would be helping those who are in dire need of assistance.

“Actually, we were planning naman talagang magkaroon ng donation drive for Christmas, pero ngayon nga, hindi natin inaasahan na nagkaroon ng bagyo (Actually, we were really planning to have a donation drive for Christmas, but now, we didn’t expect that a typhoon would occur),” Jhoanna said.

She added: “Mas kailangan nila ‘yung tulong namin ngayon, so nagtulong-tulong po yung Blooms Philippines, ABS-CBN Sagip Kapamilya, and ‘yung mga brands po na ine-endorse po namin para mas madami po ma-collect namin at maibigay sa mga nangangailangan (They need our help now more than ever, so Blooms Philippines, ABS-CBN Sagip Kapamilya, and the brands we endorse have come together to collect as much as we can to give to those in need).”

Aiah, BINI’s main rapper and visual, previously launched her advocacy project “Aiahdvocacy” to extend help to different communities during the Ber month season.

Along with BINI and fellow ABS-CBN artists, news anchors, and reporters, an online donation drive would be initiated for the benefit of Typhoon Kristine victims.
