Liempo Barbeque (Php 115.00) looks and tastes good.ย Im into Liempo and the goodness of fat that comes into it, so this is good ๐
Laing (Php 35.00) made of kamoteng kahoy instead of gabi will pleasantly surprise you with its smokey taste.
Porkchop with Sinangag and Egg (Php 70.00)
The Tapa with Sinagag and Egg (Php 85.00) is not your usual Tapa since the meat is very tender.
The Binalot is such a Pinoy comfort food you can order at Babanoks too.
The Bulalo Mami has noodles all the way from Bicol so you don’t get that funny taste from the usual mami noodles.ย Its bulalo with a twist.ย If you’re looking to warm yourself up without the overwheling big bulalo bowls and servings, this could satisfy that quick beef and bone marrow craving.
Since the place is a little after the Adventist University (going to Tagaytay), they have a lot of Adventist clients and Babanoks makes sure its food served is prepared according to their needs.ย Which means there is a designted cooker for each kind of meat.

You even get a Babanoks Important Person (BIP) card for your next visits.
The mascot was designed by the owner’s Grade 9 daughter. What a sweet way to get the family involved.
