AXE recently hosted the launch of its NEW AXE Fine Fragrance Collection with an unforgettable event held at Apotheka, Poblacion Makati. The exclusive experience featured Manila’s finest artists and tastemakers of today for an evening of music, scents, and good vibes.
The night featured captivating performances, each embodying the unique vibe of AXE’s three new scents. FERN enthralled the audience with Pinoy indie-pop tunes reflective of the earthy and nature-inspired ambiance of Emerald Sage. Jason Dhakal gave an electrifying performance with smooth and soothing notes representing the calm and collected essence of Blue Lavender. Last but not the least, Oside Mafia delivered energetic and fresh beats in harmony with Aqua Bergamot.

Guests were also treated to an exhilarating atmosphere with beats spun by DJs CRWN and Butta B, ensuring the energy remained high throughout the night. One of the highlights of the evening was the blind scent test, where guests participated to vote on which fragrance they preferred and which suited them best. The blind test included the three new scents of AXE plus one (1) expensive perfume brand. The results showed that the majority of the people who attended preferred AXE over expensive perfume brands.
To complement the evening’s theme, bespoke cocktails inspired by the new scents were served, offering a multisensory experience that delighted the attendees.

AXE’s new fine fragrances are carefully crafted to evoke distinct atmospheres and emotions. Aqua Bergamot has a crisp and sparkling-like crystal blue waters, and the scent is bright, light, and cool. Essential oils of Bergamot, Sage, and Juniper combine with earthy sandalwood and spicy nutmeg, creating a harmonious “land and sea” experience. Blue Lavender has a blend of lavender, mint, and amber notes, offering a smooth, rich, and peaceful aroma. It balances sweetness and lightness, reminiscent of a bite of Italian gelato on a warm summer’s day, with the warmth of vanilla and tonka bean. Lastly, Emerald Sage is for those who love the outdoors. This scent captures nature’s essence with Geranium, Cedarwood, and Indonesian Patchouli. It features top notes of Moroccan spearmint, French lavender, and Canadian Fir Balsam, complemented by Indian cardamom and Virginian Cedarwood.
