A few months ago, the viral pygmy hippo Moo Deng caught the world’s attention. This time, a golden tiger named Ava has been stealing our hearts with its undeniable cuteness!

Meet Ava, an adorable three-year-old golden tiger from Thailand who is now taking the internet by storm following her viral social media debut on November 19 at the Chiang Mai Night Safari. As of writing, the Facebook post has garnered over 38,000 likes and 29,000 shares.
Born on February 16, 2021, Ava’s parents hail from the Czech Republic and South Africa. They were brought to the safari park as part of the zoo’s exotic animal collection.
Ava, along with her sister Luna, belongs to one of the rarest Bengal tiger variants known as golden tigers. What sets the golden tigers apart from the traditional tigers is their rare white and gold coat—making Ava and Luna’s fluffy and unique appearance an instant attraction among visitors!
Currently, there are only less than 30 golden tigers worldwide, making Ava exceptionally rare and special.
Visitors can see Ava at Chiang Mai’s Tiger World area from 11 AM to 2 PM.
