Earlier this week, Live Nation Philippines announced that Kylie Minogue will visit Manila in 2025 for her Tension Tour.
Minogue will be in the Philippines on March 17, 2024.
Tours usually promote an artist’s latest album, which will likely be the case for Minogue’s upcoming concert, as her newest work is also called Tension. Minogue is expected to sing her greatest hits, but many songs in the tour will be from Tension.
The album was released in 2023 and features some well-known hits, “Padam Padam” and “Tension,” but a continuation will be released in October.

Tension II, a brand new collection of 13 songs, will be released on October 18, 2024 (it is available to pre-order here).
The high-energy, high-octane partner of Tension will see the singer head further into the electronic space with dance floor anthems. The record includes nine brand new Kylie studio tracks, the latest dance hit, “Edge of Saturday Night,” with The Blessed Madonna, and collaborations with Orville Peck, Bebe Rexha, Tove Lo, and Sia.

2024 has already seen Minogue take home the Global Icon Award at the BRITs, win the Best Pop Dance Recording Grammy for the smash hit “Padam Padam,” attend the Met Gala, complete her inaugural Las Vegas Residency, perform at WeHo Pride, and release a series of high-profile collaborations.
July saw the singer perform a critically lauded headline show at London’s BST Hyde Park. Described by The Guardian as “a glorious celebration of pop perfection” and by Metro as “outrageously good,” Rolling Stone’s 5-star review said: “This pop queen’s London takeover proves her unchallengeable place atop the throne remains perfectly intact.”
Kylie released her Number 1 album, Tension, in September 2023. It has surpassed 500,000 sales worldwide and is nearing half a billion streams.
