Allegra’s Kitchen: Quality American Food at Extremely Affordable Prices

Since 2016, Allegra’s Kitchen has been serving quality American food that everybody loves. With baby back ribs, burgers, and pasta at extremely affordable prices; it’s no wonder why it has captured the attention of many. The best part is that they have just given all of their branches a whole new look!

Minimalistic, sleek, and homey. Those are the words that describe the new look of Allegra’s Kitchen SM Center Lemery. It has café vibes to it, which will surely entice the customers to enjoy the chill ambiance as they savor each other’s company and, of course, the food served. Other branches will have a different look suitable for its size and location.

Their menu, on the other hand, is still the same as before. You can still expect the delicious food that they are known to offer. As mentioned, they specialize in American food, but they also have Filipino dishes for those craving for something local.

Their bestseller is, undoubtedly, the Half-Slab Baby Back Ribs (Php438). If you think that all back ribs are expensive, think again. You can actually get decent ones at an affordable price at Allegra’s Kitchen! The half-a-slab comes with corn cobs and mixed vegetables as sides, too.

(They also have delicious iced tea with a frothy top called Lega’s Iced Tea (Php48). Be sure to try it!)

For your starters, you can avail of their Caesar salad (Php168) or Nacho’s Regular (Php158). Both come in really generous servings – good enough for two people. That being said, I guarantee that the quantity doesn’t compromise on the quality.

For the main course, I recommend going all-American and trying their classic Allegra’s Cheese Burger. At only Php148, you’ll get a juicy burger with a perfectly toasted bun and an oozing amount of cheese.

Allegra’s Kitchen Meaty Spaghetti is also a good choice. It’s good for two, has a lot of meat, and only costs Php178. It has a hint of sweetness to it, too, that most Filipinos are sure to enjoy. While it’s already good as it is, you can also request more cheese to your heart’s content.

At the Filipino Corner of Allegra’s Kitchen, there are several choices to choose from. We tried their Crispy Pork Sisig (Php168.00) and it did not disappoint! If you’re looking for savory sisig with a crunch, theirs is a must-try. The Bulalo, on the other hand, is hands-down delicious. Batangas Bulalo is famous for being one of the best bulalo there is; so on a cold, rainy day, you now know where to find it.

Allegra’s Kitchen has branches in numerous locations: Manila (SM San Lazaro), Laguna (Nuvali and SM City San Pablo), Batangas (SM Center Lemery, SM City Batangas, SM City Lipa, and Lifestyle Strip). Be sure to try them when you’re there and enjoy classic American food. Your tummy and wallet will thank you for it!
