Adele is getting married!
The “Chasing Pavements” hitmaker made the surprise announcement to fans during her concert in Munich in a way that was rather hilarious.
As seen in social media posts of the moment, Adele had read aloud a sign that said “Will you marry me?” She then turned down the person by showing off her left hand. “I can’t marry you because I’m already getting married, but I appreciate it.”
As expected, the crowd lost their minds.

Adele’s engagement to her boyfriend Rich Paul, who is a sports agent, comes three years since they first sparked dating rumors at the NBA Finals game in July 2021, which they later confirmed on Instagram.
“I met him at a birthday party, we were on the dance floor,” the singer said in an interview with Oprah Winfrey in November that same year. “And then we met a couple years later. We went out for dinner, which he says was a business meeting and I’m like ‘A business meeting about what?’ And then it was the first time we hung out on our own.”
“He’s just hilarious. He’s so funny. And very smart. Very, very smart. It’s quite incredible watching him do what he does and just the easiness of it and very smooth,” she added.

Adele divorced from her husband Simon Konecki in 2019, a year after they got married. They had been together since 2011 and share one son who is now 12 years old.
