Take care of your seafood cravings with Prawn Star. They offer anything and everything seafood, from prawns and crabs to baby squids and clams. Prawn Star is for people who knows how and wants to get their hands dirty in the most appetizing way possible.
Prawn Star has a three-step process when choosing what to eat. First step includes selecting a seafood followed by the second step, choosing the flavor, and finally, rating the hotness or how spicy you want your seafood to be.
Bestseller: The Prawn Star or prawns with a sauce of your choice and a side of corn on a bed of garlic noodles.
For German food lovers: Berliner Grill
Nothing can satisfy your doner kebab cravings better than the Berliner Grill. Experience rich German food goodness by indulging on their pork and chicken schnitzel, doner with rice, Currywurst and Rosti and meat.
We highly recommend their beef doner which is up for grabs for only 149 pesos! A quick bite at Berliner Grill is definitely a yummy alternative to traveling to Berlin.
For Filipino-Mexican food lovers: El Chapo’s
On the hunt for the best Fil-Mex food out there? Say no more. Try El Chapo’s Signature Salpicao Nachos and give in to the goodness of homemade Sirloin Beef Salpicao nachos. Coming from the owner himself, these are “natcho ordinary nachos”! Don’t dare miss the chance of tasting their Fish Taco which is made with yellow fin tuna and asian dressing and their newest dish, Chicharitos.
Fun fact: With wit and sense of humor, they got their restaurant’s name from the nickname of a notorious Mexican gangster as El Chapo’s aims to be the biggest and most appetizing Fil-Mex food cartel out there. As addictive their food may be, their slogan says it all – “Don’t worry ese, it’s legal.”
For sausage lovers: Wakamojo
A food stall offering anything and everything made from sausages, check out Wakamojo’s banger buns with a selection of sausages from different countries. They also serve sausages over rice for only 140 to 170 pesos if you’re on the look for a heavier sausage meal.
Group of sausage lovers? Try the Banger Fest and Banger Party which are both good for sharing with friends and families.
For meat lovers: Smoke and Barrel
Smoke and Barrel houses everyone’s favorite meat meals from starters and main plates to sidekicks and sandwiches. They got you covered with anything meaty and savory. We tried their delectable Slow n’ Low Smoked Beef Brisket. The tender slices of their local beef wagyu were smoked for 12 hours low and slow, hence the name.
As a food stall specializing in meat, their Killer Smoked Bacon Skewers sealed the deal while their beef brisket sandwich named The Beast is the best.
For cocktails and craft beer lovers: Epicure
The people who introduced us The Lost Bread are back at it again by launching Epicure. If you’re up for some booze and beers, it’s totally the sole stall to go to. They offer a collection of liquid nitrogen cocktails and homegrown craft beers.
We enjoyed sipping and stirring the buckets of cocktails because of its cool effect, thanks to the liquid nitrogen. If you want something less strong and more fun, try their poptails or popsicle cocktails instead.
For milkshake lovers: Milkshake Lab
We know that a food park is not complete without a milkshake bar but the Milkshake Lab is mixing something other than your usual milkshakes. Aside from serving luscious treats, such as S’mores, Red Velvet and Tiramisu, they also put active ingredients on top like Oreo, Reese’s and other chocolates that make each milkshake a concoction of pure deliciousness. After all, what is a lab without a syringe?
By the way, we give Milkshake Lab’s White Chocolate Macadamia a 10/10 too! Their milkshake definitely brings not just the boys in The Yard!
For drink lovers aka everyone: Gulp Station
Gulp is a blue-and-yellow-painted food stall located right at the entrance of The Yard that will help you quench your thirst with their homemade refreshments. Available in Ceylon Tea, Calamansi, Red Raspberry Tea and Green Tea with Lychee, these colorful and refreshing drinks are served in bowls and are good for sharing.
On a no-sugar diet? No worries because their Green Tea with Lychee is sugar-free. Plus, they also sell bottled water.
These are just half of the 30 food stalls you can try and visit in The Yard. We will definitely come back for more after their grand opening this July.
So, are you craving for anything? We’re 101% sure they have that in The Yard.
