Liam Payne’s girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, took to social media to pen a heartwarming tribute to him. She shared photos of them together, including a note the singer wrote to her just weeks before his passing.

“I don’t even know where to begin. My heart is shattered in ways I can’t put into words,” she began.
Kate called Liam her best friend and the love of her life, emphasizing his contagious energy and ability to light up every room he walked into.
“None of this feels real, and I can’t wrap my head around this new reality of not having you here,” she added. “I’m struggling to figure out how to live in a world without you by my side.”
Kate then shared the heartfelt note Liam penned to her, revealing his plans to marry her.
“Me and Kate to marry within a year/engaged & together forever 444,” his note read.

The model and influencer also recalled that they were envisioning their future together when Liam gave her the note.
“A few weeks ago, we sat outside on a beautiful evening manifesting our lives together. I keep your note close, even though you told me not to look at it,” she continued. “Liam, I know we’ll be together forever, but not in the way we had planned. You’ll always be with me. I’ve gained a guardian angel.”
“I will love you for the rest of my life and beyond, carrying our dreams and memories with me everywhere I go,” she concluded, signing her tribute with the angel number, 444.

Liam and Kate started dating in 2022. According to reports, the two spent time together in Argentina, as seen on Liam’s final post on Snapchat a few days before his passing.
Liam died after falling from the third floor of his hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Autopsy reports revealed that the 31-year-old singer sustained 25 injuries, including a major head injury, all resulting from his fall. Internal and external hemorrhages in the skull, thorax, abdomen, and limbs also contributed to the cause of his death.
He’s survived by his son, Bear, from his previous relationship with singer and TV personality, Cheryl Cole.
