The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum holds a special place in Olympic history, having hosted the Games in both 1932 and 1984. Its iconic status as a venue for track and field events, as well as its role in the opening and closing ceremonies, solidified its position as a premier Olympic stadium.

Notably, the Coliseum will make history again in 2028, becoming the first stadium ever to host the Summer Olympics three times.
