After Bela Padilla revealed to all that she has officially moved to London, a lot of her fans wanted to know if her relocation meant the end of her showbiz career. But Bela took to her Twitter account to ease everyone’s worries.
“I’m getting a lot of DMs asking me why I quit my job,” she stated in a tweet, adding a crying while laughing emoji. “I didn’t say I was gone for good. I’m just currently based in London since the pandemic is still ongoing.”
Bela then assured fans that she has a project already lined up for her after the Philippine premiere of her directorial debut, “366,” which is slated for February 2022.
“In fact, I have a movie coming out in February and had a call from Viva yesterday to write my next film already,” she said.

Bela confirmed that she moved to the Home of the Big Ben last Monday, November 22, months after she was reported to have flown out of the Philippines for unknown reasons. At the time, many of her close friends, including Dani Barretto, emotionally bid their farewells to her, prompting rumors that she was migrating to be with her boyfriend Norman Bay.
Bela, who is half-British, has a family in the United Kingdom and has been seen spending time with them these past months while also enjoying her days hanging out with her partner.
