The threat of the coronavirus or COVID-19 is looming but that didn’t dampen Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto’s spirits. Amid the successful relief efforts the city has made, the mayor still found time to show off his playful side.
In a series of tweets, he shared how a panda was helping, or maybe even disrupting, his team’s relief efforts.
