Following their US television debut at this yearโs American Music Awards (AMAs), South Korean boy group BTS has achieved another milestone in their career as they broke the world record for the most Twitter engagements, beating British musician Harry Styles.
Guinness World Records (GWR) made the official announcement on Twitter, congratulating the K-Pop sensation for their โstellar performanceโ at the AMAs, wherein they performed their hit song โDNA,โ and for earning a spot at this yearโs GWR 2018 edition.
The overwhelming support from the fans allowed the group to break the world record for specifically having the most Twitter engagements for a music group. Check out GWR’s tweet below:

With over 10 million followers on Twitter, BTS has been continuously receiving love from their fans all over the world. If you may recall, the group also won the Top Social Artist award at this yearโs Billboard Music Awards, making them the first K-Pop group to do so.
