The Security and Exchange Commission of the Philippines have been releasing Advisories for the public to be careful of the growing investment corporations and incorporations (which are not registered to SEC) that have been continuously growing.
We have compiled screenshots from SEC’s official website sec.gov.ph of which they have issued advisories on the following “investment companies” who have been claiming that they are legitimate under the commission but they are not registered to act as what they claim.

8. EMGOLDEX

According to the Official SEC Advisory, EMGOLDEX style of investment is “Pinoy style Patak-patak” with an investment of Php 1000 it will grow to Php 10,000. It is advised that it is not registered in SEC.

It has come to the commission’s attention that EMGOLDEX shows SEC documents and papers to the public that they are registered when in fact they are unauthorized, fictitious and fabricated.
7. One Lightning Corporation

According to the commission’s official advisory: One Lightning Corporation’s modus operandi is investing in cosmetics and they will share 70% of the companies profits to investors.

Upon advisory of SEC, One Lightning Corporation still Remains in force and effect, the commission has issued a Cease and Desist Order against the said “corporation”
6. Satarah Wellness Marketing

According to the commission’s official advisory: Satarah Wekkness Marketing solicits funds in Baguio City with the promise of 4%-26% interest “depending on the market” it has been advised that this said company is NOT registered to do so under the commission.
5. J79 Galore Online Marketing

According to the commission’s official advisory: J79 Galore Online Marketing solicits funds and promises Php 3000- Php 15000 simply by recruiting members. SEC has advised that this said company is NOT registered under the commission.
