Crowne Plaza Manila: Our Home Suite Home In Ortigas

When in Manila and looking for a perfect place to getaway without the hassle of traveling far, we highly recommend you stay at Crowne Plaza Manila!

We can only say great things about our Crowne Plaza Manila stay, as we never thought this weekend would be such an epic one. From the food, the wonderful people and the Presidential Suite which we stayed in, it truly was another weekend to remember!

 

The Presidential Suite: Our Home Suite Home

 

The Presidential Suite at Crowne Plaza Manila is indeed a showstopper. Fully equipped with everything you need and more than enough space for you and your loved ones to relax and enjoy.  We heard that this suite has housed such notable celebrities such as John Cena, Patti Austin etc and we truly felt so privileged to have the opportunity to stay here as well.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Breakfast Surprise:

I must admit I was way too excited this weekend during our Crowne Plaza Manila staycation that I woke up extra early to set up our breakfast while Frank was still asleep.  I always look forward to our weekend adventures and part of that would be sharing breakfasts with him and preparing his morning coffee.

 

 

After breakfast, I immediately invited Frank to roam around the hotel and check out everything which Crowne Plaza Manila had to offer.

It’s impossible to have any dull moments while at Crowne Plaza Manila or with any IHG hotel. They sure know what modern urban dwellers need. Aside from their inviting pool and spa, Crowne Plaza Manila is also directly connected to Robinson’s Galleria Mall so we were able to do a bit of window shopping that afternoon. It felt so relaxing to know that we only stayed beside the mall and it was so easy for us to buy stuff we needed anytime we wanted.  It truly is so convenient to stay at Crowne Plaza Manila.

 

The Ambrosial Dining Experiences at Xin Tian Di

Xin Tian Di Chinese Restaurant I may say, would be one of  Crowne Plaza Manila‘s primal gems with a meteor shower of delightful dim sums guaranteed to end all your dim sum cravings for a lifetime. Their Ultimate Unlimited Dim Sum buffet every lunch time is something which everyone should try not only because they serve them freshly made but more because they even kicked it up a notch higher with their own versions of well-loved dim sum classics making Crowne Plaza Manila an ideal destination to indulge!

I was never a fan of Chicken Feet until I tasted the one at Xin Tian Di!

 

Aside from their dim sums, Xin Tian Di at  Crowne Plaza Manila also boasts of to-die-for ala carte dishes which will surely send you to palatal paradise…

 

 

 

Seven Corners Buffet Restaurant at Crowne Plaza Manila

It was way past 7pm and Frank and I were still full with all the feasting we did the whole day but of course, we can always have room for fine food. We may not be buffet lovers ourselves, but we still had to check out if Seven Corners would be as great as Xin Tian Di.

Seven Corners is the Crowne Plaza Manila’s main restaurant so expect loads of people when you visit. It’s definitely one of the busiest buffet restaurants I’ve been to.

 

Since Frank and I were still full, we decided to just tour around and take photos.

 

But when we saw the rib eye at the carving station, my favorite smoked salmon and the 9-cheese pizza as promised by the chef, we just had to sit down and surrender….. Crowne Plaza Manila surely knows how to pamper our tummies!
