90’s Rewind: Battle of the Bands that went down at Carnival food park last August 5, 2017 was just too crazy and we’re still hung over from all the 90s hit songs that were played that night by our awesome contestants. We would like to congratulate the champs of the night, Red Light Go! The winning band played their original song entitled “Sakin Ka Lang” and their own rendition of the 90’s hit song “Kapag tumibok ang puso”. The stage presence of this band truly got the audiences off their seats.
Carnival food park’s decoration truly time-traveled us back to the 90’s. There was a memory lane where it displayed pictures of our childhood favorites, from the toys we used to play to the snacks we never loved to share.
The outfits of our customers were truly #oot90’s and a lot of them really brought their A-game especially to our 90’s king and queen, Mr. Patrick Canlas and Ms. Jesha Goli-Cruz. We would like to thank Globe Telecom for providing us with wifi so that our customers can post their 90’s outfit that night and also share snippets of the fun event.
There were a lot of fun games played such as Pinoy henyo and a 90’s trivia game where our customers actively participated in. The winners of the games received a lot of different prizes and freebies from our sponsors. We also heard Silent Stereo play V-fresh’s new theme song “Good vibes” which truly justifies what V-fresh is all about, an overflow of freshness in our mouth. Our favorite childhood snack Iced Gems Biscuits also prepared a free-taste booth for all our customers to get a taste of their sweet and yummy snack. We also had Captain Capture there to provide us photo booth souvenirs for the event. Our customers were able to capture every throwback memory that night.
