3. Glyco Sweetshop
Here’s another sweet shop located within the vicinity of a household. This cafe is located away from commercial areas in Baguio. However, it’s not very hard to find. You can get a taxi and tell the driver to take you to the BENECO office in DPS compound, and you’ll already see the place.
Glyco cupcakes are heavenly! The creamy frosting is simply irresistible! When you finally taste these cupcakes, there’s no turning back because you will definitely crave and come back for more. Aside from cupcakes, they also serve coffee, tea, and other treats such as sans rival and egg tarts. They also do customized cakes and cupcakes. Just send them a message.

2. Vizco’s Restaurant and Cake Shop
Another Session Road shop on my list is the famous Vizco’s Restaurant and Cake Shop. If you love strawberries, their classic Strawberry Shortcake should definitely be on your list of foods to try when in Baguio! You’ll get why this cake is so popular! Absolutely yummy! They also have other delicious cakes such as Blueberry Cheesecake, Oreo Cheesecake, Mango Torte, etc.

1. The Willow Tree Bistro
My top recommended sweet shop would be this cutesy little cafe. They have tons of cupcake flavor offerings! But since their business is still small, they only serve 6 flavors daily. The Willow Tree Bistro offers liquor infused cupcakes such as Beer and Bacon, Bailey’s Irish Cream, and Black Russian. Pretty cool, huh?
Aside from cupcakes, they also have tea, coffee, sodas, and other pastries such as eclairs (which is one of their bestsellers!) and granola bars. They also do customized cakes and cupcakes you can order in advance. Just send them a message.
Sometimes they make some changes in their operating hours due to the amount of cakes they have to finish for the day, so make sure you check out their Facebook page for advisories before visiting the shop.
