CARA Welfare Philippines took the lead in caring for and rehabilitating the rescued dogs. As of today, there are still quite a number of these dogs waiting to be re-homed. Imagine how much trauma these dogs must have gone through as a result of the cruelty they experienced. If you want to give these dogs the love they lacked in the past, go visit their website.
