I stayed there once and, for the second time around, I loved it even more. There are a lot of factors that made me love Cocoon Boutique Hotel, but here are 5 main reasons why:
5. Spacious and luxurious rooms and amenities
When you get to the room, the first thing you will notice is its size. It’s significantly more spacious than other boutique hotels in the metro.
The interior design is a modern take on classic Filipino decor. Modern enough to make you feel you’re in a luxurious 5-star hotel, yet traditional enough to make you feel at home. Primary colors used are green, white, and orange. Wood is also installed for the walls and flooring to bring that ‘cabin in the middle of the forest’ vibe. Yellow-orange lighting is installed and paintings inspired by nature adorn the walls. This cozy environment is perfect for meditation and rest.
Cocoon has a spa and you may opt to go there for a massage or a foot spa. Other amenities include an exercise room, function rooms for meetings and social events, and a rooftop swimming pool.
Bonus: They have a bathtub/s in all their rooms, which is a rarity amongst boutique hotels. (Tip: you can ask for bath bombs but you didn’t hear that from us.)
4. Superb customer service
You will notice this even before you enter the lobby. A porter outside will greet you, help carry your bags/luggage, and lead you to the front desk. As you talk to the front desk clerk, another personnel will bring you and your company welcome drinks. The staff is very approachable and their smiles are contagious. You will immediately feel the warmth the hotel promises to deliver. Added to that, the check-in process is efficient; there is barely a waiting time! No wonder they get great customer feedback on Trip Advisor making them rank at the top among all the hotels in Quezon City.
3. Location
Cocoon is very accessible for people in the metro, even if you’re bound by time and location. According to Cocoon Hotel’s website, the hotel is “steps away from the bustling Timog Avenue while contained within a quiet, affluent community within the South Triangle Areas acknowledged as one of the City’s prime locations. It is only two blocks from Tomas Morato Avenue, another popular entertainment strip in Quezon City.
Along and around nearby areas of Timog and Tomas Morato Avenues are entertainment establishments, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shops, salons/health & beauty shops/spas, banks, galleries, internet shops, groceries and supermarkets, events places, sports facilities, bookstores, among others.”
We recommend you visit Estrel’s Caramel Cake and Stockwell Café (on the ground floor of the hotel).

This is located on the rooftop by the pool accented by its rooftop edible garden to give you that vacation by the beach vibes. A one-night stay at the hotel comes with a complimentary breakfast buffet, which starts from 6 AM to 10 AM.
