Montell Jordan released this song around 1996 and was on top of the charts for quite some time. ย Reese Witherspoon sang a clip of this song, too in the movie This Means War.ย And, I think she was cute, wasn’t she?

First released in a cassette tape on September 1992, SWV’s Right Here, will always be “right here” in my heart and playlist. ย Two days after, they released the CD version and the rest was history.

This famous American girl group was the epitome of the word: phenomenal. ย Even though, Left-Eye passed away due to a car accident, their fans (including me) remained loyal and supported them, all the way.
2. Are You That Somebody – Aaliyah
Another incredible talent, gone too soon. ย Aaliyah was well welcomed by the music industry because of her unique and meaningful songs. ย She was also a Grammy Award winner for Best R&B Vocal Performance. Released in 1998 and included in the soundtrack from the motion picture, Dr. Dolittle.
