One of my personal favorites is the Saucy Croquettes (P60) found in Saucy Food MNL. The fried croquettes crunchy exterior was topped with a tangy Berlin Tomato Sauce and Cheesy Garlic. When I took my first bite, I felt the croquette’s hot crispy exterior, followed by its soft and creamy interior. The distinct taste of the creamy mashed potatoes mixed with the sauce, enhanced the unique flair of this saucy dish. What’s even more amazing is that the ingredients are made fresh and the croquettes are served hot—creating a comfort food that’s definitely to-die-for!
4. Chicken Berlin Tomato Rice at Saucy Food MNL
The Chicken Berlin Tomato Rice (P99) is a combination of mixed vegetables, chicken, and chicken Berlin tomato BBQ sauce. The vividly orange rice is soft with just the right hint of spiciness.

The Fresh Spring Rolls (P109) is a Southeast Asian style dish. It’s made with ingredients such as bacon, shrimp, vermicelli, and greens perfect with peanut sauce and Honey Calamansi. The unique mix of leafy vegetables, pungent herbs, squidgy noodles, all stuffed snuggly into a rice wrapper, makes it fitting for a healthy diet. After one bite, you will feel the contrast of fresh flavors and the distinct flavor of basil and mint. The diverse flavors it will leave in your taste buds are just incredible.
