5. Charlotte (Wakakusa no Charlotte, Japan; 1998)
After Charlotteโs father dies, her mother, who was supposed to be dead, comes to live with her. At the same time, Charlotte meets a strange boy. This is only the beginning of the many difficult incidents in her life, but in the end, her trusting and optimistic nature wins over all hardship and Charlotte is able to be happy again.

The story begins as Sorao meets two aliens stranded on Earth โ Mojacko and Donmo โ who ask him to help them get back to their home the Moja Planet. Sorao agrees and, together with his friend Miki, goes on a crazy space adventure.

The story is about five pilots of advanced mobile suits known as Gundams. They were trained and sent to attach OZ โ an organization of scientists who went rogue after the completion of the first mobile suit prototype.

The most iconic robot of all time for us 90s kids, Voltes V and its super-electro-magnetic assortment of weapons have been a source of utter joy for our young eyes. We all get excited when Steve, Big Bert, Little John, Jaime, and Mark yell “Let’s volt in!” because we know Boazanians are about to get their bottoms kicked!
