6. Chihuahua
G/F Greenbelt 2, Esperanza St Legazpi Village, Makati City
The name actually came from the expression: ¡Ay Chihuahua! This is one of the most used expressions to convey many emotions such as joy, excitement and the like. In the same vein, Chihuahua Mexican Grill and Margarita Bar would like to accomplish just that. So, whether you are looking for some authentic burritos or tacos, swing by Chihuahua Mexican Grill and Margarita Bar soon!
5. El Chupacabra
4. The Red Bus Mobile Diner
One Destination Hotel, Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway, Tagaytay City
Sure there’s a lot of Burrito spots in Manila, but Red Bus’ version of Ground Beef Burrito, was ridiculously delicious! We seriously thought Doc Jose was part Mexican or something, as the flavors of cilantro, herbs, spices, tomatoes, complimented well. According to the owner, their salsa is homemade and has 18 special ingredients. Therefore, if you feel like exploring Tagaytay this weekend, visit this delightful place!
3. Hermanos Taco Shop

Hermanos Taco Shop is one of our go-to places for authentic tacos in the South. We highly recommend their Fish tacos and Quesadilla!
2. Silantro Fil-Mex Cantina
This was highly recommended by our Senior Features Editor (and Hugot queen) Kc Canlas. Cilantro or Mexican coriander is one of the important ingredients of an authentic Mexican dish.
As the restaurant’s name implies, Silantro is definitely your go-to authentic Mexican joint to satisfy your cravings!

Opens from 3 PM to 12 MN
Finally, after weeks of craving, I was able to indulge myself with these lip-smacking tacos courtesy of Su Casa Mexican Grill located inside Multinational Village in Paranaque.
You may also try their delightful burrito wrapped in a big flour tortilla rolled with juicy marinated chicken, Mexican rice, beans, guacamole, cilantro, and tomatoes! Su Casa means “my home” in English. This explains why the ambiance is homey and dishes served taste like homemade! Oh, also try their Mexican Pizza!! (OMG, now, I’m craving!)
