Nachos usually always have cheese on them, but the nachos at Vapor Hookah Lounge have an insane amount of cheese on them! You know how you usually eat nachos and then you eventually run out of toppings and the poor nachos at the bottom end up getting left on the place because they no longer have any toppings on them? That doesn’t happen at Vapor. The monstrosity of cheese on these babies will never leave you wanting for more cheese. Vapor also happens to be the only hookah lounge in the South! Definitely well worth the visit!

Most of the cuisine at Mateo’s Restaurant Cafe is Spanish-Filipino, but then they have these deliciously cheesy baked oysters that we absolutely cannot get enough of! If you’re a fan of oysters, you need to try the ones at Mateo’s. They’re great, whether you sprinkle a bit of lemon juice on them or not.

1. Spiral’s Cheese Room
Probably the most must-visit place for a cheese lover in Manila, though, is Sofitel’s Spiral buffet. Why? Because Spiral has an entire room just filled with cheese waiting for you to come take your pick and devour them. Without fail, every time I eat at Spiral, I hit the cheese room first. It smells and looks exactly what I imagine cheese heaven would look like. The best part is that you won’t get sick of the cheese because you’ll have a ton of other sumptuous international dishes at your beck and call once you leave the room – if you ever leave it, that is.
