People are busy and don’t have time to stop and smell the flowers anymore. Although, there’s nothing wrong with working hard, it’s scientifically and medically proven to improve emotional and physical strength to de-stress once in a while. One of the easiest and effective ways is to have fun with your barkada.

Truthfully, with the weather being like this on a Friday, it makes me want to binge, watch my favorite TV series, or listen to some throwback tunes! I did the latter part this morning and started to reminisce about my friends.
